Noah's inaugural Converse collaboration arrived this week as two Chuck Taylor 70s: the patchwork high-top (SKU A19717C, reported at $120) and the True Blue plaid low-top (SKU A19715C, $115), both offered in unisex sizing through Noah locations worldwide, the Converse webstore, and select retailers.

The high-top is the more visually complex of the pair, constructed from patchwork canvas panels in olive green, Insignia Blue, and maroon red, finished with white laces, a white midsole, and a classic gum sole. The low-top takes a different but equally considered route: a full canvas upper in blue, white, and green plaid with black and red accents cutting through. Where the high-top reads like a quilted archive of prep-school color blocking, the low-top is sharper, more graphic, more immediately wearable with a slim trouser or rolled denim.

What connects both silhouettes is the restraint of the co-branding. Noah logos appear on the insoles of each pair, with tiny print placed beneath the All-Star branding on the heel license plate; the low-top adds a second placement at the bottom of the tongue tag. It is, by design, incredibly subtle and easy to miss.

Brendon Babenzien, who co-founded Noah with Estelle Bailey-Babenzien in 2015 after his tenure as Supreme's creative director, framed the partnership as a return rather than a debut. "The relationship between Converse and Noah goes back to the very beginning, from day one of the brand," he said. "We're proud to have Converse back in our lives as we hit our 10th year. It's a nod to their commitment to creative ideas and a recognition of the timeless style Converse embodies."

The collection debuted exclusively at Noah locations worldwide on March 26, a day ahead of the wider release through the Converse webstore and select retailers on March 27. The tonal stitching and low-profile co-branding are consistent with the design approach Noah brought to previous collaborations with PUMA, adidas, and Vans: craft-forward, never logo-forward.

At $115 for the plaid low-top and a reported $120 for the patchwork high-top, both land within the Chuck 70 premium tier, where the construction warrants the price differential over the standard canvas. For Noah at ten years old, the Converse collab reads less like a milestone and more like the brand simply doing what it has always done: finding something classic and making it quietly its own.
