Village PM Unveils the 1PM MID Sneaker for Spring/Summer 2026
Paris label Village PM debuted the 1PM MID, a mid-top evolution of its core sneaker, with sticky climbing rubber at the toes and heel priced from €95.

Paris label Village PM launched its Spring/Summer 2026 footwear campaign last week, putting the debut of the 1PM MID at the center of the story. The silhouette is a progressive mid-top evolution of the brand's original 1PM sneaker, and the design intent is spelled out plainly: mobility and protection.
The most considered detail on the 1PM MID is the padded collar, which dips low at the back to allow for easy entry without sacrificing the ankle support the extra height provides. It reads as a practical refinement rather than a gimmick, the kind of subtle construction choice that separates a thoughtful sneaker from one that simply looks the part. Across the collection, Village PM leans on two in-house technologies: Rubber Glove Technology, which wraps soft, sticky climbing rubber around the toes and heel, and Asymmetrical Precision Fi, engineered for durability, grip, and what the brand describes as controlled flick.
The SS26 campaign doesn't rest entirely on the newcomer. The core 1PM low-top returns alongside the canvas-based 1.30PM, which carries naturally breathable rough canvas uppers that patina with wear. That kind of material aging is a specific promise to a specific customer: someone who treats their sneakers as objects that improve with use rather than collectibles kept in a box. Colorways across the three models include navy, forest night, ash, and canvas options, though Village PM has not yet confirmed the complete colorway and SKU lineup for all styles.

Pricing sits between €95 and €130, roughly $110 to $150 USD, positioning the collection in the same bracket as premium European independents rather than the hype-driven resale market. For a Paris-based label working with performance-specific materials and proprietary construction systems, that range is credible. An exact release date beyond 2026 has not been announced.
