Adidas Originals and ASOS Launch Nearly Sold-Out Womenswear Capsule for Gifts
Adidas Originals and ASOS’s 27-piece Collection 03 is already selling fast, with polka dots, peplum and balloon shapes made for sporty style fans.

Adidas Originals and ASOS dropped Collection 03 on April 16, and the 27-piece womenswear capsule was already being framed as nearly sold out. For the woman who lives in sneakers but still wants her outfit to look styled, this is the rare gift that feels current without slipping into generic gymwear. The lineup leans into polka dots, stripes, oversized silhouettes and elevated textures, with pieces that read more directional than standard adidas basics.
The strongest buys are the ones with the clearest personality. The polka-dot tracksuit and bubble-gum pink balloon set are the headline pieces, but the smarter gift move is the funnel-neck shirt, which sits at $75 in the U.S. ASOS listing, or the $50 peplum cami, both of which can be worn with denim as easily as with the matching bottoms. The balloon track pants are $100 and the matching track jacket is $150, while the UK listing puts the lace-hem shorts at £45 and the funnel-neck shirt at £60. Those are the pieces most likely to disappear first because they feel like fashion gifts, not fallback activewear.

That price ladder is part of the appeal. A classic adidas Originals track top on ASOS is $65, so Collection 03 is not chasing bargain basics; it is charging for sharper shaping and more interesting construction, from funnel necks to peplums to balloon hems. ASOS said the collection was designed in-house and could be shopped in person at adidas Oxford Street in London from April 16 to April 21, with an exclusive launch party that included a lenticular photobooth, a wall of Superstars, food, drinks and a DJ.

This partnership has real momentum behind it. Collection 01 debuted on Warren Street in London on July 15, 2025, with slouchy tailoring, matching knits and luxe-feel fabrics, while Collection 02 followed in October 2025 with earthy tones, checks, crochets and buttery leather, plus Honey Dijon at Manchester’s Victoria Baths. A 2022 adidas x ASOS resort collection fronted by Maude Apatow makes the current drop feel less like a one-off collab and more like a collectible fashion series, which is exactly why it works so well as a shortcut gift for the sporty, style-obsessed woman.
