Arsenal Women has turned one of its clearest cultural statements into something giftable. The club launched AWFC x Good Squish on April 9, its first-ever Arsenal Women retail collaboration with the London accessory brand, as a 13-piece drop built around pieces that can be worn far beyond Emirates Stadium. The lineup stretches from a baby tee and tracksuit to a boot bag, scarves, a tote and Good Squish’s handmade scrunchies, which makes the collection feel less like souvenir merchandise and more like a wardrobe of club-coded keepsakes.

That matters because the strongest gifts in women’s sports are often the ones that signal belonging without feeling loud. Good Squish says the tie-up is a limited run that shares the same cord and palette as the AWFC collection, and the brand frames its work as handmade accessories crafted in London from deadstock fabrics. In Arsenal’s red, white and burgundy, even the smaller pieces carry more weight than a standard fan item. A scrunchie, a hair clip or an Alice band becomes the kind of present that can be worn on the commute, to brunch or to the next home game, which is exactly why these are the most giftable entry points in the drop.

The collection also arrives with a very specific face attached: Alessia Russo. Arsenal said the forward helped curate part of the release, a smart choice for a player who has become one of the women’s team’s most recognizable names since signing in July 2023. Arsenal’s own profile says Russo finished the 2024/25 season as the club’s top scorer with 20 goals in all competitions and shared the WSL Golden Boot with Bunny Shaw. For the Arsenal fan who follows the women’s side closely, that makes the collection feel personal rather than generic.

Arsenal also tied the launch to Block by Block, the supporter project it started at the beginning of the 2025/26 season with 11 creative workshops ahead of each WSL home game. That wider effort to shape matchday culture gives the Good Squish collaboration more meaning than a simple product drop. Good Squish calls the capsule “a celebration of girls chasing their dreams” and says football creates an “instant sense of community between strangers.” In women’s football, that sense of identity is the real luxury, and this collection packages it neatly enough to give.
