Breitling Debuts Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43, 300-Piece North America Exclusive
Breitling launched the Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 North American Limited Edition, a 43 mm stainless-steel run of 300 pieces priced at $10,300 USD and sold only in the U.S. and Canada.

Breitling has released the Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 North American Limited Edition, a 43 mm stainless-steel chronograph limited to 300 individually numbered pieces and offered exclusively in the United States and Canada at a launch price of $10,300 USD, or $12,400 in Canada as listed by an authorized retailer. The watch was unveiled in February 2026 with Breitling photos and press coverage noting the New York reveal that month.
The movement is Breitling’s in-house Caliber B01, also billed as Manufacture Caliber 01: a COSC-certified automatic chronograph that runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), uses a column wheel and vertical clutch architecture, and stores roughly a 70-hour power reserve, with one outlet noting “more than 70 hours.” The movement is visible beneath a sapphire exhibition caseback engraved ONE OF 300 and LIMITED EDITION, and the dial integrates a date display into the subdial at 6 o’clock.
Design details anchor the release in Navitimer DNA while tweaking proportions and finishes. The silver, off-white dial plate hosts three contrasting black subdials in a reverse-panda layout, with chamfered chapter rings and a snailed texture on the counters. Sources note rose-gold finishing on the hands, applied stick hour markers and a winged logo similar to the 2023 Japanese release, and WatchTime explicitly reported the AOPA wings have returned to their original position at 12 o’clock. Externally the watch keeps the signature coin-edge notched bezel and circular slide rule, here described as levelled, and a domed crystal that creates a slimmer visual profile.

The case is stainless steel with polished and brushed surfaces and a sapphire crystal front and back; water resistance is 30 meters. The mahogany brown alligator strap is described as custom, delivered with white stitching and a steel folding clasp on some listings. The1916Company notes a five-year warranty for owners. Availability is limited to Breitling boutiques, authorized dealers and Breitling’s online store in the U.S. and Canada.
Editorial takes in the coverage emphasize scarcity without a premium: Gear Patrol pointed out the North American limited edition carries the same $10,300 price as the standard Navitimer B01 Chronograph and argued, “I dare call this the best-looking Navitimer I’ve ever seen…” Haute Time framed the release as collector-focused, writing that “some icons do not simply endure, they evolve with purpose,” while The1916Company called it “a great looking version of one of the most important aviation watches of the 20th century,” recommending it for collectors who prize pilot-watch heritage. The combination of a numbered 300-piece run, in-house Caliber B01 mechanics and parity with the regular-model price positions this Navitimer as a distinct North American collectible backed by Breitling’s modern chronograph credentials.
