J.McLaughlin and Frances Valentine Release 10th-Anniversary Spring 2026 Shoe Capsule
A 10-style limited capsule honors Frances Valentine’s 10th anniversary and includes a Venus heel with a green beaded palm tree, priced $298–$498 and available from Feb. 17.

Two American labels have turned a milestone into footwear: Frances Valentine and J.McLaughlin launched a limited-edition, 10-style Spring 2026 shoe capsule to celebrate Frances Valentine’s 10th anniversary, with retail availability beginning February 17 and press materials distributed February 18. The collection carries a price range of $298–$498 and is positioned as a bright, spring-forward offering built from raffia, leather, suede and decorative touches like beadwork and crystals.
Shoppers can find the capsule at 55 J.McLaughlin stores nationwide and at jmclaughlin.com, and at nine Frances Valentine boutiques and francesvalentine.com. WWD reports that two styles, the Venus Heel and the Betty Raffia Heel, are exclusive to jmclaughlin.com and the 55 J.McLaughlin retail locations, while the remainder of the ten-piece capsule is stocked across both brands’ channels.
The collaboration is threaded with a friendship narrative from both houses. Elyce Arons, Cofounder and CEO of Frances Valentine, said, “We are thrilled to launch Frances Valentine for J. McLaughlin footwear. It's rare to find a business partnership that is truly rooted in friendship, and that spirit is at the heart of this collaboration. The shoes are colorful, joyful, and a perfect complement to J. McLaughlin's beautiful collection.” Greg Unis, Chief Executive Officer of J.McLaughlin, added, “We’ve always believed that the best collaborations come from genuine connection and shared values. Working with Frances Valentine has been pure joy, our teams united by a love of color, quality and creating pieces that make people smile. Simply put, these shoes are unapologetically fun.”
Stylistic details give each silhouette a distinct occasion. The Venus Heel is adorned with a whimsical green beaded palm-tree appliqué tied to J.McLaughlin’s “Zebra Story” spring print, a motif WWD highlights as central to the capsule’s playful touch. The Betty Raffia Heel blends woven raffia with gold accents for textured polish, while the Taylor Buckle Heel is described as an open-toe heeled mule with a woven raffia body, sculptural buckle and contrast leather trim. Town & Country notes the Mary Block Heel as a crinkled patent leather ballet pump finished with a crystal stone, and the Reese Slingback appears in multiple colorways with a playful bow meant to move from day to night. J.McLaughlin’s product pages list the Bianca Heel in soft nappa leather available in neutral and black and describe Taylor in neutral and black as well.
Editorial outlets framed the capsule as a commemorative gesture: WWD connects the ten newly designed styles to each year of Frances Valentine’s decade, and PR Newswire described J.McLaughlin’s collection as a way of “sending a kiss” to Frances Valentine on its 10th anniversary. Longbridge additionally reports that a celebratory luncheon marked the launch and used a headline framing that this is a first-time teaming between the brands.
For anyone shopping spring gifts or seeking a colorful update to a curated wardrobe, the Frances Valentine for J.McLaughlin capsule offers statement options at $298–$498, with two J.McLaughlin exclusives to hunt for in store or online and the rest of the ten-piece range available across both brands’ retail footprints.
