Kiehl's crossed into entirely new territory this month, teaming with canned-drink brand Spritz Society to launch Ultra Berry, a limited-edition nonalcoholic sparkling electrolyte beverage inspired by the brand's bestselling Ultra Facial Cream. The collaboration marks the first food and beverage partnership in Kiehl's history, and the first alcohol-free product from Spritz Society, a brand previously known for its 4.5% ABV canned beverages.

The Ultra Hydration Kit, sold exclusively on SpritzSociety.com for $49, includes four cans of Ultra Berry Sparkling Hydration alongside a 28 mL Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream as a gift with purchase. Each can comes in at 10 calories, zero grams of added sugar, and is formulated with coconut water, electrolytes, and antioxidants. The drink is also gluten-free and 0% ABV.

Kiehl's general manager John Reed framed the pairing as a deliberate play for a consumer who thinks about skin and body as a unified system. "This collaboration is designed for wellness-conscious, digitally engaged consumers who view hydration holistically, both internally and externally," Reed said in an exclusive statement. "Fans of Ultra Facial Cream already understand the importance of lasting hydration for the skin, and this collaboration extends this philosophy into a broader lifestyle moment." He also noted that brand collaborations are a strategic priority for Kiehl's in 2026, with cross-category partnerships positioned to drive new consumer acquisition alongside limited-edition digital engagement.

The "inside-out hydration" concept the brands are leaning on draws a direct line between the Ultra Facial Cream's skin claims, which Kiehl's says include 72-hour hydration and penetration to up to 15 surface layers of the stratum corneum based on an instrumental study, and the beverage's electrolyte and coconut water formulation. Kiehl's describes the Ultra Facial Cream as its number-one hydration product globally, with one unit sold every eight seconds worldwide.

The campaign is anchored by Spritz Society co-founder Ben Soffer, who goes by @boywithnojob across social platforms and maintains a podcast audience. Soffer personally delivered VIP surprise-and-delight packages to a select group of creators and fans including Joey Camasta, Phaith Montoya, Taylor Strecker, and Margo Oshry.

Ultra Berry joins a growing wave of beauty-to-beverage crossovers in the nonalcoholic and better-for-you drink category. Bubble recently collaborated with Poppi on three new Talk Back Serum flavors, and Cocokind worked with Olipop to add drink-inspired scents to its Ceramide Lip Blur Balm. What distinguishes the Kiehl's entry is that the beverage and the skincare product are being sold together as a single kit, making the "inside-out" concept literal rather than just thematic.

The Ultra Hydration Kit ships free and is available now on SpritzSociety.com while supplies last.
