Panerai Releases 30 Ultra‑Limited Two‑Watch Radiomir Sets With Italian Getaway
Panerai pairs two new 47mm Radiomirs with a four-day Italian itinerary Sept. 15-18, 2026, only 30 Radiomir Viaggio nel Tempo Experience Sets will be sold.

Panerai has announced the Radiomir Viaggio nel Tempo Experience Set, a strictly limited collectors bundle that pairs two specially made Radiomir watches with a curated four-day Italian trip from September 15 to 18, 2026, beginning at the brand’s Piazza San Giovanni boutique in Florence to mark the boutique’s 100th anniversary. Availability is capped at 30 sets and the watches are sold only as a paired set.
The travel portion begins in Florence with an exhibition and anniversary celebration at Piazza San Giovanni, then traces the footsteps of the Italian Navy frogmen with visits to original meeting grounds, Serchio River training areas, and historic diving points. The itinerary includes an authentic diving experience at the COMSUBIN base in Porto Venere and concludes with a yacht tour along the Ligurian coastline.
The two watches in the set are references PAM01729 and PAM01730, both built on 47mm cushion cases that lean into Panerai’s maritime heritage with slim wire lugs, cone-shaped crowns, and domed Plexiglas crystals evocative of 1930s dive prototypes. This is the first Panerai Experience offered as a dual set; Ben Hodges at Fratellowatches notes, "The Viaggio nel Tempo Experience Editions marks the first time Panerai has offered a dual set of watches. That’s right; you cannot buy either watch from the brand individually."
PAM01730 is the Platinumtech execution: a 47mm case in Panerai’s proprietary Platinumtech alloy, a circular-brushed black sandwich dial, and a skeletonized movement with perlage-finished bridges visible through a sapphire caseback plus a power reserve indicator. Reports indicate it ships on an alligator strap with a white-gold buckle. PAM01729 is the Bronzo model in a 47mm bronze case described by Shopping Yahoo as sporting a California dial; sources conflict on straps, with Maxim describing a dark brown leather strap and bronze pin buckle while Shopping Yahoo lists a brown alligator strap.

Pricing and availability are emphatically exclusive but inconsistently reported: Fratellowatches lists the full package at €145,000, while aBlogtoWatch reports an official retail price of $165,000 USD; RobbReport confirms the 30-set limit and that availability begins in 2026. Panerai frames the project inside its ongoing Experiences program, which it has run since 2019 and which previously included the Marina Militare Experience Edition.
Alessandro Ficarelli, Panerai’s chief marketing and product officer, summed up the concept in the brand statement: "We are proud to present a new Experience within the Italianity chapter: a true journey through time, offering our clients an immersive entry into the very genesis of our legend. This exclusive opportunity is reserved for the owners of the new Radiomir Viaggio Nel Tempo Experience Set, with both PAM01729 and PAM01730 masterfully reinterpreting some of Panerai’s most iconic Radiomir features. Together, the two new watches not only perpetuate heritage within contemporary design timepieces but also testify Panerai’s unwavering faithfulness to its origins."
This is Panerai’s most elaborate Experience to date: two distinct 47mm timepieces plus a two-watch-only purchase model tied to a Florence-centered, military-diving and coastal itinerary. For a collector who prioritizes provenance, immersive brand storytelling, and the social cachet of an ultra-limited package, the Radiomir Viaggio nel Tempo Experience Set is a clear trophy purchase; for anyone sensitive to case size or six-figure pricing, the 47mm dimensions and reported €145,000 to $165,000 price range will be decisive.
