Glenturret Distillery Unveils Mother's Day Whisky Tours, Vouchers and Stays
Complimentary 60-minute distillery tours for mothers can be booked with code MOTHERSDAY2026 at The Glenturret in Crieff, with experiences and gifts from £50 to a 25-year-old single malt.

The Glenturret in Crieff, Perthshire, has rolled out a Mother’s Day programme that includes a complimentary 60-minute distillery tour for mothers when booked with the code MOTHERSDAY2026. The distillery asks guests to “Join our 60 minute tour to experience the rich history of Scotland’s oldest working distillery and witness first-hand how our signature whisky is made,” and instructs: “Simply book using the code MOTHERSDAY2026 via our online booking platform or through our Guest Experience Team at enquiries@theglenturret.com,” for reservations ahead of Mother’s Day on Sunday March 15.
The estate leans on heritage: The Glenturret bills itself as Scotland’s oldest working distillery, producing hand-crafted single malt Scotch whisky since 1763. The visitor experience ties into the site’s dining and accommodation offering, with the Lalique Restaurant described as two-Michelin-starred and the Aberturret Estate House presented as a renovated 19th-century property formerly owned by the Murray Clan, who founded the distillery.
Product offerings range from accessible to ultra-rare. The Glenturret Gift Set starts from £85 and pairs the distillery’s IWSC award winning 12 Years Old 2025 with two 4oz branded Wee Dram Whisky Glasses; the site calls it “our most popular gift set.” For gin fans, The Aberturret Gin is priced from £50 and is distilled using 14 hand-selected botanicals, including The Glenturret New Make Spirit. A Distillers Dram Edition No.2 is listed from £185 with promotional copy noting it as “An elegant alternative for gin-loving mums.”
For hands-on gifting, the Whisky Maker’s Experience begins from £125 and allows visitors to personalise their own bottle. The Glenturret’s description reads: “The Glenturret Whisky Maker’s Experience is perfect for whisky-loving mums to create their own bottle of whisky, complete with a personalised label.” That experience sits alongside a higher-end hospitality package: a Gastronomic Overnight Stay from £790, available Wednesday through Saturday, which pairs a multi-course dinner by Executive Chef Mark Donald at the Lalique Restaurant with accommodation at The Aberturret Estate House.

Collectors will find the Glenturret 25 Years Old priced from £1,400 and limited to just 210 bottles. Official tasting notes quoted in coverage describe “subtle notes of pineapple, laced with cinnamon and ginger,” combined with “vibrant fruitiness, combined with dried fruit and wood spices” that lead to “a warm finish.”
Gift vouchers are offered by the distillery with redemption across the distillery shop, the two-Michelin-starred Lalique Restaurant, and overnight experiences; The Glenturret lists vouchers “from £50” with digital delivery or beautifully packaged postal options. One third-party summary referenced £20 vouchers, creating a pricing discrepancy in public reporting. Because special moments are central to the campaign, The Glenturret closes its promotional copy with a concise line: “Because special moments are best shared with a whisky.”
