Lelo's Coffee Co., the wholesale-roasting operation run by Derek and Sandy Davis, is making its first move into brick-and-mortar with a walk-up ordering window on the north end of Tupps Brewery's property in East McKinney, Texas.

The new format marks a significant shift for a business that has operated exclusively on the wholesale side. Rather than a full café buildout, Lelo's is taking a focused approach: a walk-up window positioned to serve the Tupps Brewery footprint on the east side of McKinney, offering Spanish- and Italian-style espresso drinks.

Derek Davis confirmed the McKinney shop will offer espresso drinks, with the Tupps Brewery location providing a natural gateway to reach customers who might not encounter Lelo's through its roasting and wholesale channels. The Spanish- and Italian-style designation points to a menu rooted in tradition, potentially covering everything from cortados and café con leche on the Spanish side to classic cappuccinos and macchiatos on the Italian end, though a full menu has not yet been publicly detailed.

No opening date has been announced, and hours of operation have not been disclosed. Whether the walk-up window represents a permanent fixture or a seasonal setup also remains to be confirmed.
