Law360’s case listing echoes the same basic metadata, case number 1:26-cv-00005, New Hampshire District Court, Judge Talesha L. Saint-Marc and the nature of suit classified as trademark, and displays standard subscription language about its archive that notes it "Reflects complaints, answers, motions, orders and trial notes entered from Jan. 1, 2011."
The supplied docket excerpts do not show whether the February 5 motion to extend was granted or whether an answer has been filed. Filings identify attorneys Jeffrey Christensen for CrossFit, LLC and Darrin R. Brown for William T. Harper; the complaint’s inclusion of an NH Consumer Protection Act claim and the jury demand are explicit on the record. Further docket activity or PACER downloads will be required to see the full complaint allegations, the identities and roles of the CFNV-related defendants, and any ruling on the extension request.
