Gymreapers Wodapalooza, billed as the world's largest functional-fitness festival, returns to Lummus Park on Miami Beach March 12–15, 2026, bringing together more than 2,000 competing athletes, a live CrossFit Open Week 3 reveal, and an Olympic weightlifting throwdown sanctioned by USA Weightlifting.

The 26.3 announcement is among the headlining draws. Wodapalooza will host the live reveal of Week 3 of the CF Open in Miami Beach, giving athletes on-site the rare experience of hearing the workout announced in person before tackling it in front of a crowd the festival claims tops 40,000 globally across the four days.

Beyond the Open reveal, the programming spans disciplines well outside the rig. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu makes its Wodapalooza debut under the Grappling banner, the Community Olympics pits affiliate teams head to head, and The Gauntlet runs athletes through what organizers describe as three legs with one journey and no shortcuts. A seminars and workshops track is also scheduled, though the full lineup has not yet been published.

The USAW x Gymreapers Wodapalooza Miami Beach weightlifting throwdown adds another layer to the weekend. Competition is scheduled for Sunday, March 15, with sessions running 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Four platforms will operate simultaneously, each staffed by certified USAW referees working to national-level competition standards. Registration is capped at 85 athletes at a $100 entry fee, and a valid USAW membership is required to compete. On-site sign-ups will be accepted for athletes who want to register the day of the event.

The format gives each lifter 35 minutes on their platform to post a best snatch and a best clean and jerk, with no ceiling on attempts. Athletes can adjust loading up or down as they see fit and are responsible for loading their own bar, though coaches and training partners are welcome to assist. Referees log results on-site and submit directly to the competition manager. Athletes who compete receive a day pass to the full WZA festival.

Tickets for the festival start at $48 according to the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, with passes available through the Wodapalooza site. The event takes place against a busy Miami calendar that weekend, with the Calle Ocho Music Festival and the Miami Open tennis tournament both running concurrently. Preliminary and final USAW schedules, start lists, and full results pages are listed as forthcoming.
