Baseline Road in Mesa opens at 9 a.m. with the lowest entry price in the group: flash pieces starting at $13, though the range climbs to $31, $113 or $131 depending on the design, with an additional $7 or $9 tip expected. Food vendors will be on site, and no appointments are being taken.

Art and Soul Ink at 10540 W. Indian School Road in Phoenix is pulling from a catalog of over 100 flash designs priced at $31 plus a $9 setup fee, with select piercings also available for $21 plus the same setup charge.
