The Army Painter Heads to AdeptiCon 2026 with Demos, Seminars, and Special Releases
The Army Painter brought Booth #1104 to AdeptiCon with Factory Team painters, live demos, and three Caleb Wissenback seminars covering every paint range in the lineup.

The Army Painter planted its flag at Booth #1104 in the exhibitor hall this past weekend at AdeptiCon 2026, bringing a full roster of staff, Factory Team painters, retail sales, and a three-day seminar program that walked attendees through the brand's entire paint lineup.
The events team at the booth included Kat Jackson, Caleb Wissenback, and Tim Engleman, alongside Army Painter staff members Ian Huxley, Janni Pedersen, Adam Abramowicz, and Tyler Mengel. The Factory Team contingent was equally deep: Adam Loper, Phill Hall, Dave Taylor, Jake "Oz," Sam Lenz, and Courtney DeVries all made the trip, with the company noting a few additional "familiar friends of the brand" also in attendance. Many of them spent the weekend painting live at the booth, running demonstrations, and fielding technique questions from anyone who stopped by.
In-booth retail kept the hobby desk restocking crowd happy, with paints, brushes, and tools available for purchase directly at the booth throughout the convention.

The seminar program was the centerpiece of The Army Painter's presence. Caleb Wissenback led three hands-on sessions across Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, each running approximately 90 minutes and each including a miniature attendees got to keep. Thursday's session focused on Speedpaint 2.0, covering slapchop, blending, glazing, and detailing. Friday shifted to Warpaints Fanatic, walking painters through how to basecoat, mix, blend, and refine a miniature using that range's system. Saturday closed out the run with a dedicated Warpaints Air session, tackling directional basecoating, filtering, shading, and blending through the airbrush.
Taken together, the three seminars amounted to a thorough survey of the company's core product ranges in a single convention weekend, taught by one of the more recognized faces in the Army Painter community. Registration was handled through AdeptiCon's Events page in advance of the show.
