FFMIC 2026 FFC Mode registration Feb 9-15; in-game qualifiers Feb 15
FFMIC 2026 FFC Mode opens in‑game registration Feb 9-15, with the FFC in‑game qualifiers set for Feb 15; top 38 teams move on to the Group Stage starting Feb 26.

Garena is giving Indian Free Fire MAX teams a clear, time‑boxed path into the national stage: in‑game FFC Mode registration opens on 9 February at 12:00 PM IST and closes on 15 February at 10:00 PM IST, and the In‑Game Qualifiers will be held on 15 February. Teams must register through the FFC Mode inside Free Fire MAX to be eligible for the qualifiers and the chance to reach the FFMIC 2026 Spring Group Stage.
Eligibility rules are strict and specific. Only Indian citizens may enter, every player must be at least Level 40 and hold a minimum rank of Diamond I, and teams must field 4 to 5 players. Players must be at least 16 years old on matchday; competitors aged 16 to 18 need a parent or guardian consent form. Players may not be registered on more than one team or use multiple accounts; violations will result in disqualification. Roster changes require disbanding the team before play, and teams that have played at least one game cannot disband.
Competition format and scoring favor both placement and aggression, while penalizing early departures from spawn. Each registered team can play up to 12 matches during the FFC phase, but only a team’s best 8 game scores will count toward final ranking. Placement points are awarded as follows: 1st place 12 points, 2nd 9, 3rd 8, 4th 7, 5th 6, 6th 5, 7th 4, 8th 3, 9th 2, 10th 1, and 11th–12th earn 0. Teams also receive 1 point per elimination and incur a −3 point penalty per player for leaving the spawn island.
The payoff is substantial: the FFMIC 2026 Spring event carries a ₹1 crore prize pool. The top 38 teams from the FFC in‑game qualifiers will join 4 teams from offline city qualifiers (scheduled for 7–8 February in Lucknow, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Ahmedabad) and 6 invited teams to create a 48‑team Group Stage that begins on 26 February. From there, the leading teams will proceed to the Knockout round to contest the national leaderboard and prize positions.

A few operational details remain unclear in public notices. Garena has confirmed the registration window and match date, and sources report teams can begin playing ranked FFC matches immediately after registration to build leaderboard score, but exact match start times on 15 February and whether early ranked matches are counted for qualification have not been detailed. Players should complete registration inside Free Fire MAX between 9 February 12:00 PM IST and 15 February 10:00 PM IST, confirm Diamond I and Level 40 status, and prepare to play up to 12 matches with the best 8 counting toward qualification.
What this means in practice: lock your roster, verify account ranks and level, and plan to be active on 15 February. The FFC window is the most direct route to the Group Stage, play smart, avoid spawn island penalties, and prioritize high placements and eliminations to secure one of the 38 qualifying slots.
