Pokémon GO's April 2026 calendar is running inside the "Memories in Motion" season, and it opens with a jolt: Fashion Raid Day is live today, April 4, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM local time. Costumed Pokémon including Dragonite, Butterfree, Diglett, Wooper, Sneasel, Kirlia, Absol, Shinx, Croagunk, Blitzle, and Minccino are appearing in raids, several of them with shiny potential. Niantic has temporarily raised the Remote Raid Pass cap for today's window and is handing out free passes through Gym Photo Disc spins, making this the one afternoon this month to coordinate remote raids without burning through your premium stock.

Regidrago's five-star window runs through April 7, so today is realistically the last full weekend push on the Dragon-type legendary before Kyogre steps in. Mega raids cycle through Mega Manectric, Mega Aerodactyl, Mega Alakazam, Mega Sharpedo, and Mega Banette on a week-by-week cadence throughout the month, providing an ongoing Mega Energy drip between the bigger marquee events.

Tinkatink Community Day falls on Saturday, April 11, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM local time. Event bonuses include 2x Catch Candy and 3x Stardust alongside increased shiny odds. The move window is critical: evolving Tinkatuff into Tinkaton during the event or within four hours after it ends unlocks the exclusive attack Gigaton Hammer, which carries a base power of 130 in Trainer Battles and 300 in Gym and Raid battles. A Tinkatink and Tinkaton Showcase runs through the weekend until Sunday, April 12, at 8:00 PM. Niantic is also offering an Ultra Community Day Box for $1.99 that bundles five Ultra Balls and a Special Research ticket.

Kyogre takes over five-star raids from April 8 through 14, followed by Groudon from April 15 through 21, with Tapu Koko and Tapu Lele filling the final stretch of the month.

Sustainability Week runs from April 14 at 10:00 AM through April 20 at 8:00 PM local time. The headlining debuts are Silicobra and its evolution Sandaconda, with Silicobra appearing in the wild in desert areas; Shiny Toedscool also makes its first appearance, alongside a costumed Galarian Corsola wearing sunglasses. Eco-themed spawns including Binacle, Trubbish, and Ferroseed fill the overworld, with event Field Research and dedicated Raids available throughout the week. A paid event ticket bundles extra Raid Passes, increased XP, bonus Stardust, and a higher Rare Candy XL drop rate, making it the obvious purchase for players looking to power up legendaries caught during the Kyogre and Groudon windows.

Embedded inside Sustainability Week is Riolu Hatch Day on April 18. From 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, Riolu hatches more frequently from 2 km eggs, shiny odds are elevated, and double Candy and XP apply to every hatch in the window. Egg hatch distance is halved across the board, and PokeStop spins skew toward dropping 2 km eggs during the event. Load every incubator with fresh eggs before 11:00 AM and walk; with halved distance and a Super Incubator, each 2 km egg clears in roughly 450 meters.

Best value plays for the month: use today's free Fashion Raid Day passes before touching Premium Battle Passes, since the raised Remote Raid cap won't return until the next designated event. On April 11, the 3x Stardust bonus makes Tinkatink Community Day the single best Stardust window all month, more efficient than any Stardust event outside of a double-Stardust weekend. The Sustainability Week paid ticket is worth its cost specifically for players accumulating Rare Candy XL to push Kyogre or Groudon to level 50. Casual players with a tight Pass budget can safely skip Mega raids in the intervening weeks without missing meta-relevant rewards; the legendary rotations are where the XL Candy and shiny chances concentrate.

Raid Hour runs every Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM local time throughout April, giving players who can't commit to full weekend sessions a reliable weekly checkpoint between the month's marquee events. A Max Battle Day also arrives on April 25, with Niantic expected to confirm additional details closer to the date.
