Seven Deadly Sins Origin Launches on Mobile, Completing Cross-Platform Rollout
Mobile players can now jump into Seven Deadly Sins Origin after Netmarble completed its cross-platform rollout on March 23, bringing iOS and Android up to speed with PS5 and PC.

Netmarble's anime open-world RPG The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin landed on iOS and Android on March 23, completing a cross-platform rollout that began a week earlier when the game went live on PlayStation 5 and Steam. The mobile arrival closes the loop on a staggered release strategy: the PC and PlayStation 5 versions had already gone live on March 16, 2026, at 5:00 pm UTC.
The mobile version comes with a dedicated interface and UI sizing optimized for mobile devices, and players can freely switch across console, PC, and mobile with a single account. Steam posted a Cross-Platform Account Linking Guide on March 23 to walk players through the process, one day after a temporary maintenance window on March 22 was resolved. Unlike the rolling midnight releases seen with some titles, Netmarble typically utilizes a synchronized global launch time for its mobile servers, which meant the calendar date of the unlock varied by region: West Coast players in Los Angeles saw it go live at 7:00 PM PDT on March 22, while Tokyo players had to wait until 11:00 PM JST on March 23 and Sydney players until 1:00 AM AEDT on March 24.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is an open-world action RPG and serves as the spiritual successor to Grand Cross, offering a massive 30km² seamless map and a brand-new multiverse story featuring Prince Tristan. Players step into the role of Tristan and explore Britannia, setting out to restore order to a world thrown into chaos by the collision of time and space, either alone or cooperatively with up to five players, including the host. Fan-favorite characters from the anime are present throughout, though most are obtained via the gacha system, unless offered for free.
To mark the grand launch, Netmarble is providing up to 59,000 Star Fragments and 90 Regular Hero Draw Tickets, with special launch events granting further rewards including SSR hero Guila, the SSR weapon Black Flame Wings Lance, an SSR Crafted Weapon Selection Chest, 60 Regular Hero Draw, 10 Hero Pick Up Draw Tickets, and 4,300 Star Fragments.
The game climbed Steam's Top Sellers charts following the March 16 early launch, though early reception has been mixed: 53% of the 2,368 user reviews on Steam are positive as of the current snapshot. The developer on record is Netmarble F&C, with Netmarble serving as publisher.
For mobile players who held off during the PS5 and Steam early access window, the account linking system means progress is fully portable. Anyone who began on PC or console can pick up on a phone without starting over, which is precisely the cross-platform pitch Netmarble built the release schedule around.
