Supercell Launches Brawl Stars Challengers, a 12-Region Path to Worlds
Supercell's new 12-region Brawl Stars Challengers circuit gives grassroots teams an official route to the BSC Last Chance Qualifier, with a September 5-6 offline final in Istanbul.

Any competitive Brawl Stars trio, from DACH club scenes to South Asian ranked grinders, now has a direct path to the Brawl Stars Championship Last Chance Qualifier. Supercell launched Brawl Stars Challengers on March 26, organizing 12 geographic regions into a structured qualification ladder that ends with a 12-team offline final in Istanbul, Türkiye on September 5-6, 2026, and awards the winner a slot at the BSC 2026 LCQ.
The 12 regions span four continents: DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), France, Spain, Italy, Türkiye, South Asia, Southeast Asia, North America (USA, Canada, Mexico), South Korea, Japan, Brazil, and South America West. Each region runs its own tournaments and qualification formats tailored to its local player base, with regional competitions scheduled from March through August 2026. The top team from each region advances to Istanbul.
Getting into the final carries a real decision. Any team that qualifies for the Challengers Final must declare by August 1, 2026 whether they'll commit to the Challengers path or continue in BSC's existing open qualification route. Competing in both circuits during the regular season is permitted, but that August 1 cutoff eliminates double-qualification at the final stage, forcing players to pick a lane.
Eligibility is intentionally broad. Players must be 16 or older, and at least two of the three players on a team must reside in the region they're representing. Supercell's own framing makes the intent explicit: "Whether you are an established pro or just starting your competitive journey, you can take part. Form a team and compete within your region!"
The Istanbul final will incorporate in-event predictions, cheers, and quizzes to drive broadcast and in-app interaction during the two-day event. Tickets go on sale June 1, 2026. Supercell is backing local organizers as formal partners, supplying rulebooks and event resources so each region's qualification events run under consistent standards.
Sign-ups, rulebooks, and regional competition links are all consolidated at supr.cl/brawlstarschallengers. The hashtag #brawlchallengers will track announcements across Brawl Stars Esports' X, Instagram, and YouTube channels, with region-specific pages carrying the detailed local schedules.
For scenes like South Asia and South America West, which have historically had narrower entry points into BSC-level competition, the program represents the most formalized grassroots ladder Supercell has built around the title. It runs alongside existing BSC qualification routes rather than replacing them, adding a parallel lane to the main stage without dismantling the structure already in place for established competitive teams.
