Demiplane rolled out Campaigns, a new feature set that centralizes group management and character administration for game masters and players. The update gives GMs direct control over which titles and content sources appear during Character Creation, lets GMs and permissioned players view and edit character sheets, enables importing existing characters into a Job, and provides the ability to create a group for your table.

For Pathfinder GMs this is practical, immediate change: instead of juggling documents, spreadsheets, or chat threads to track which rulebooks a table may use, you can set content availability at the table level. Importing characters already built on Demiplane reduces the friction of migrating players between one-shots, conventions, or home campaigns, while permissioned sheet editing simplifies in-session fixes and shared upkeep. The new tools build on Demiplane’s existing compendiums and Roll20 integration and are aimed at cutting bookkeeping so GMs can focus on play.

Access is straightforward. To use Campaigns, navigate to the intended NEXUS and open the top of the navigation bar; on mobile and tablet, tap the three lines in the top left corner to reveal the feature. Demiplane included Campaigns in its current set of supported titles: Pathfinder, Starfinder, Marvel Multiverse Role‑Playing Game, Daggerheart, Cosmere RPG, Cyberpunk RED (Jobs), and Vampire: the Masquerade (Chronicles). More games will be added over the coming weeks, so GMs running other systems should check their NEXUS periodically.

The rollout is being treated as a staged effort. Demiplane said the first wave focuses on group and character management, while a planned second release will add campaign-specific NPCs and Adversaries with sharing controls and the ability to create and link campaign resources such as notes, links, documents, chapters from core books, and commonly used abilities. After those updates, Demiplane plans to introduce homebrewing capabilities and an Encounter Builder later this year, features that will expand on-table preparation and scenario design.

Community impact will be visible in common GM workflows. Expect faster session setup, clearer rules-lawyering boundaries at the table when you lock content sources, and easier co-GMing when multiple organizers need access to the same cast of characters and NPCs. For tournament organizers and convention GMs, the ability to import and permission-edit characters could speed turnaround between tables.

Try Campaigns by opening your NEXUS and enabling the feature for a test table. With NPC sharing, campaign resources, homebrew tools, and an Encounter Builder on the roadmap, Demiplane’s Campaigns looks set to become a core part of many Pathfinder tables’ digital toolkit in the months ahead.
