Austin Pickle Ranch Climbs to No. 5 in March DUPR Club Rankings
Austin Pickle Ranch hit No. 5 in the March DUPR Club Rankings, less than 18 months after opening its 50,000-sq-ft Texas facility.

Austin Pickle Ranch landed at No. 5 in the March 2026 DUPR Club Pickleball Rankings, a striking result for a facility that has only been open about 18 months. The Texas club earned the placement by doing something that sounds simple but is genuinely hard to pull off: building a culture where serious competitors and social players share the same courts without one crowd driving out the other.
The facility itself is hard to miss on paper. Fifty thousand square feet, a mix of indoor and outdoor courts, and a design that specifically prioritized comfort and acoustics from the start. That last detail matters more than it sounds in pickleball, where court noise can make a large facility feel chaotic. Getting the acoustics right is an operational decision that signals the Ranch was built by people who actually play the game.
What anchors the club's competitive credibility is its DUPR integration. Austin Pickle Ranch was named the first official DUPR Assessment Center in Texas, a designation that reflects both the volume of rated play happening there and the infrastructure behind it. DUPR called the Ranch's setup "one of the most advanced DUPR setups in the country" in a March 19 Facebook post that highlighted thousands of DUPR matches logged at the facility. That is not a number a club accumulates without serious, sustained programming.

Director Jeff, a DUPR Coach Vanguard member, has built the club's programming around that rating infrastructure. "DUPR has made our programming better, plain and simple," he said. "When players know they're matched with people at their level, the games are more competitive and everyone has more fun." The club's certified coaching staff supports that structure across all skill levels, from newer players working toward a reliable rating to competitive regulars looking for meaningful match play.
DUPR has leaned into the Ranch as a showcase property, using it in promotional calls to action on its own website and spotlighting it across social channels. The March 19 Facebook post described the club as "one of the fastest-rising clubs in pickleball right now," a characterization that the No. 5 ranking appears to back up. Reaching that position in a national club ranking before the two-year mark is the kind of trajectory that gets noticed well beyond Austin's courts.
