Carmelina Beach Resort adds free pickleball to family summer escape package

Carmelina Beach Resort built its Familina Combo 2026 around a familiar pickleball-retreat tension: most family packages promise something for everyone, but very few actually give court time a real place in the mix. Here, the resort did. Guests booking the 3 days, 2 nights option will get a complimentary 60-minute pickleball session, folded into a summer stay that also includes accommodation in a Deluxe Room Garden View, daily breakfast and main meals, and a complimentary 20-minute neck-and-shoulder stress relief session.

The package will run from May 25 through August 25, 2026, with stays available Sunday through Friday and a Saturday surcharge. That timing makes the offer squarely a summer play, and the structure makes the resort’s pitch clear: this is not a dedicated training retreat, but a multi-generational beach escape that gives pickleball-playing parents and grandparents a built-in court window without asking the rest of the group to organize their day around it.

Carmelina’s broader recreation program is what gives the package its family-first shape. The resort says guests can take part in free daily activities such as fish feeding, bunny petting, farm tours, cycling, and movie time. Children also have their own lineup, including plant and gardening activities, painting sculptures, and water play at the Water Fun Zone. The resort is also preparing Little Explorers: Conquer the Ocean, a new ocean-themed play world scheduled to debut in summer 2026, and a Little Explorers registration form already showed final payments due on April 1, 2026, signaling that the brand was already active.

Carmelina says it is the very first coastal resort in Vietnam with pickleball facilities, while its Vietnamese page describes it as the first and only coastal resort in the country with pickleball courts. The resort also says it sponsored the World Pickleball Championship 2024 and PPA Tour Australia 2025, and a 2025 Vietnamese feature said it had invested in 15 international-standard courts for its 10th anniversary. That scale helps explain why pickleball is showing up here as a core part of the resort’s identity, not a novelty add-on.
