SPORTIME Pickleball Opens 11-Court Indoor Club in Armonk, New York

Players filled the courts on day one when SPORTIME Pickleball Armonk opened its doors on Sunday, March 15, at 112 Business Park Drive in Armonk, New York. The 26,550-square-foot facility brings 11 dedicated, climate-controlled indoor pickleball courts to Northern Westchester, pushing SPORTIME's total footprint in the county to 27 dedicated courts across locations that include Yorktown Heights, Mamaroneck, and Eastchester.

The club is built around year-round play with courtside seating and viewing next to every court, modern locker rooms, two private event spaces, a well-stocked pro shop, and a grab-and-go for healthy snacks and beverages. Programming spans recreational open play, competitive formats, clinics, lessons, and tournaments, with beginner tracks designed for both adults and juniors. Individual memberships are priced at $20 per month, with member benefits including advance court-time reservations and discounted rates on programs. Non-members can still access clinics, open-play sessions, events, and court-time rental at standard rates.

Two experienced operators are running the club. Kylene Murray, a former WTA Tour tennis player and top-ranked collegiate athlete who previously served as operations manager and pickleball director at SPORTIME Randall's Island, takes over as general manager. Joining her is Jonny Fintak as pickleball director, a longtime tennis and pickleball coach who held the same director role at both SPORTIME Lake Isle and SPORTIME Harbor Island.

SPORTIME positioned the Armonk location deliberately close to the Connecticut border, with the intention of drawing players from both Westchester County and nearby Fairfield County. The company also outlined plans to explore partnerships with local schools and community organizations, emphasizing family-friendly and health-focused programming as central to the club's identity.

Armonk is the latest stop in a rapid regional expansion. SPORTIME Pickleball has opened four new clubs in the past year, adding locations in Englewood, New Jersey; Westbury, New York; Wayne, New Jersey; and Yorktown Heights before the Armonk opening. The company describes the investment as a response to surging participation in the sport nationally, with each new club aimed at providing structured, year-round access regardless of weather.
