ETTU Facebook Community Hits Record Engagement Levels Across Europe
ETTU's Facebook page racked up 56.4 million views and 14.1 million worldwide viewers in just three months, with follower growth hitting 31 percent.

The European Table Tennis Union's Facebook presence just posted its strongest numbers on record. Between December 2025 and February 2026, ETTU content generated 56.4 million views and reached 14.1 million viewers worldwide, according to figures the organization published on March 11.
The engagement numbers behind those views are equally striking. Posts on the ETTU Facebook page recorded 723.3 thousand interactions over the three-month window, a sign that fans are doing more than scrolling past. The page also logged 239.2 thousand visits during the same period.

Follower growth drove the headline story. The page added 47.5 thousand new followers between December and February, representing a 31 percent increase in audience size. ETTU attributed the momentum to a clear appetite for specific content: highlights, match action, and stories from the European players.
The organization framed the results as proof of a broader strategic direction. "These results underline the strength of ETTU's digital communication and the Union's ability to bring European table tennis closer to fans through engaging and dynamic online content," ETTU stated in the report.

The numbers arrive at a moment when the competition calendar is far from slowing down. "With a busy competition calendar ahead, ETTU will continue to share the excitement of the sport with its global community and keep fans connected to the biggest moments from European table tennis," the organization added. For a federation whose reach now stretches well beyond its continental base, that 14.1 million worldwide viewer figure suggests the audience for European table tennis is no longer purely a European one.
