ICC JOOLA March Open Returns to Milpitas as 4-Star USATT Event
The ICC JOOLA March Open brought 4-star USATT competition back to Milpitas, with divisions spanning Open Singles down to Mini Cadet Boys across two days at ICC Table Tennis Center.

The ICC Table Tennis Center at 1507 N Milpitas Blvd in Milpitas, California hosted the 2026 ICC JOOLA March Open earlier this month, drawing competitors across a deep slate of rating-based divisions at one of the Pacific Region's most active 4-star venues.
Organized by Rajul Sheth, who coordinates the full ICC tournament calendar in Milpitas, the event carried USATT's 4-star sanction and featured seven headline categories on the USATT listing: Open Singles, U2500, U2350, U2200, U2050, Junior Boys, and Junior Girls. The ICC registration form extended that list considerably, with divisions running from U1000 through U1900, alongside U300, U450, U600, U750, U900, Cadet, and Mini Cadet Boys, bracketing just about every competitive tier from developing juniors to open-level players.

Entry fees were structured at $55 per event plus a $20 tournament registration fee. Players who submitted by February 22 qualified for the early bird discount, saving $20 on that registration fee. The entry deadline was March 1, with late entries accepted on a space-available basis for a $15 surcharge. The organizers were explicit that no refunds would be issued after that deadline, and that any cancellation or event change had to be communicated by email to sports@indiacc.org rather than through Omnipong.
The ICC registration form also included a tax-deductible donation field for the ICC Junior Program, reflecting the organization's status as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, along with a separate field for the USATT National Team Fund. Coaches participating in any capacity were required to acknowledge USATT's SafeSport policy, which mandates annual SafeSport Training through the US Center for SafeSport and a criminal background screen every two years.
The March Open sits in the middle of an ambitious ICC schedule for 2026. Sheth also coordinated the USATT Pacific Regional Championship at the same Milpitas venue in late February, and the ICC JOOLA Autumn Open is already listed for October 24-25 at ICC Table Tennis Center. The Pacific Region calendar surrounding the March event was similarly packed, with the LATTA Butterfly February Open in El Monte on February 28 and the GLTTC U2450 Giant Round Robin in South El Monte running on the same weekend as the March Open.
