Konshens has pushed the Pool Party idea back into the market with Pool Party 2.0, released May 8, 2026 through Submachine Entertainment and FTS Global Management. The new project lands with Beenie Man on Like We, a pairing that gives the album instant dancehall history and signals that Konshens is chasing more than a quick brand refresh.

That matters because Like We is not just another feature. The song is a modern reimagining of Beenie Man’s 1996 Old Dog, the Dave Kelly-produced cut tied to the Stink riddim and the old-school Xtra Large and Madhouse era that also carried records from Baby Cham, Spragga Benz, Rude Boy Kelly, Wayne Wonder, and Frisco Kid. Konshens is reaching into a proven party template and updating it for the streaming era, which makes the track feel like a bridge between generations rather than a nostalgia exercise.

Pool Party 2.0 arrives as a tighter package than the original Pool Party, which was released June 27, 2025 and ran 15 songs and about 42 minutes on Apple Music. The sequel is listed at 12 tracks and 34:27 on services including Deezer, while some platform pages show an 11-song count. The album is available across major outlets including Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Audiomack, YouTube Music, Beatport, and iHeart, giving Konshens the kind of wide release that fits the project’s club-first ambition.

The tracklist is built for immediate rotation. She Jus Wah Wine, SOB, Encuentrame En La Fiesta, Look Good featuring Stylo G, Confidence featuring Chudney J, Back It Up, Tip Her, BADMAN (REMIX) featuring Ayetian, Perfect Timing, Southside, and Rum Club all point toward a record designed for selectors, party people, and summer playlist builders who want dancehall with clear crossover edges. The production roster backs that up, led by IZYBEATS and SUBMACHINE ENT, with additional work from Dave Kelly, Tony Kelly, Jonny Blaze, Stadic, King Kosa, and Symon Dice.

Konshens had already set this lane in motion with Back Dat Azz Up, which one 2025 interview said debuted live at the BET Experience before the BET Awards. Pool Party 2.0 keeps that international party energy intact, but Beenie Man’s presence on Like We gives the sequel its strongest claim yet. This is less a new chapter than a sharpened continuation, and the album sounds built to stay in rotation long after the first splash.
