Rebelution's Live Album Charts at No. 9, Their 15th Billboard Reggae Title
Rebelution's Live in St Augustine hit No. 9 on Billboard's Reggae Albums chart this week, the California band's 15th title to appear on that tally.

Grammy-nominated Rebelution, one of the top-selling journeyman acts in the United States, scored its 15th charting title on Billboard's Reggae Albums chart when the Billboard Reggae Albums chart for the week of March 21 saw its first debut for 2026 as the band earned a new entry with Live in St. Augustine at No. 9.
It is the set's first appearance on the tally since its release four years ago. The album was recorded at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre on September 16, 2021, and released the following May via Round Hill Records. According to WorldMusicViews, the project moved just over 2,000 units in streams and sales across the U.S. in the tracking week that produced the placement.
The recording captures Rebelution at full strength. The concert was captured as a seven-piece band set, complete with the signature horns and saxophone combo that Rebelution's live show has become known for, during their 2021 sold-out tour stop at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. The finished album runs 23 tracks and clocks in at 1 hour and 27 minutes, spanning the band's career while also pulling from their 2021 studio record In The Moment.
The setlist includes crowd-pleasers "Safe and Sound," "Feeling Alright," "Count Me In," "Fade Away," and "Lay My Claim," the latter serving as the project's lead single. Singer Eric Rachmany makes the rapport with the venue explicit on "Good Vibes," the album's second track, telling the crowd: "There's a reason why we love playing this venue, it's you guys, your energy."
Rebelution's previous Billboard chart entries include Bright Side of Life, Peace of Mind, Count Me In, Falling Into Place, Free Rein, Count Me In (Remix) EP, Live at Red Rocks, and Count Me In (Acoustic), all of which went to No. 1. The band also has three RIAA-certified gold reggae songs: "Lazy Afternoon," "Fade Away," and "Count Me In."
After the breakout success of their 2007 debut, Rebelution topped the Billboard reggae charts for the first time with 2009's Bright Side of Life, which sparked a run of five consecutive No. 1 records and eventually a Grammy nomination in 2017. Their live performances have earned the group sell-out headline shows everywhere from Red Rocks to The Greek Theatre, along with festival slots at Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, ACL, Glastonbury, and more.
Elsewhere on the same week's chart, Bob Marley and the Wailers' Legend held at No. 1, with Bob Marley's Kaya re-entering the chart as well. After spending four weeks at No. 1, Boom Body by Shaggy, Akon, and Aidonia fell to No. 4, while At We Feet by Protoje and Damian Marley inched up to No. 5.
Fifteen charting titles across nearly two decades is a number most reggae acts never approach. For a California band that built its following city by city along the coast, getting a live album recorded at a Florida amphitheatre onto the Billboard reggae tally four years after its release says everything about where Rebelution sits in this genre right now.
