The Sims 4 is going back to the ton, and this crossover looks built for players who actually stage stories, not just dress sims for screenshots. EA and Netflix are tying the new Bridgerton push to two kits arriving May 14: The Sims 4 Lady Bridgerton’s Masquerade Ball Fashion Kit and The Sims 4 Lady Bridgerton’s Masquerade Ballroom Kit. Each will sell for $6.99, while a bundle priced at $9.99 adds three exclusive bonus items, a piano, a gazebo and a baby bassinet, with the bundle offer available until August 14, 2026.

The pitch is easy to read. Bridgerton Season 4 centers on Benedict Bridgerton meeting a lady’s maid in disguise at a masquerade ball, so the aesthetic is not random wallpaper dressing. It is a direct match for Regency-era romance, masked-ball storytelling and save files built around family lines, courtship drama and heirlooms. That makes the kits more relevant to Sims players who run legacy households, create period builds, or turn Create a Sim and Build/Buy into a serialized drama machine.

What gives this crossover more weight than a simple branded reskin is the free side of the drop. The Lady Bridgerton Masquerade Ball Login Event begins May 12 and runs through July 7, 2026, and it brings more than 22 rewards across Create a Sim and Build/Buy, plus a new Heart on Your Sleeve trait. It is a login event, not a quest event, so players do not have to grind objectives or clear a checklist. They just need to open the game during the right weeks and claim each wave of rewards as they arrive.

That matters because EA is pairing paid branded content with a wider free return hook. EA describes Kits as mini collections of content, and The Sims Marketplace is now the official in-game storefront for downloadable content. Recent kits on the store sit at $4.99, which makes the Bridgerton kits’ $6.99 price stand out as a higher premium tier. EA moved Kits into the Marketplace on PC and Mac starting March 17, 2026, and the new structure gives this crossover a cleaner path from storefront splash to in-game fashion.

This is also part of a broader marketing moment for Netflix’s Bridgerton universe. Netflix has been rolling out a 2026 Season of Love campaign around the show, and The Sims 4 crossover slots neatly into that push. For The Sims, it is another signal that Maxis and Electronic Arts see branded kits, themed bundles and live-service login events as the fastest way to keep the game in the conversation. For players, the real value is narrower but clear: the free event and the bundle bonuses give Regency builders, dynasty storytellers and masquerade obsessed save files something they can use right away.
