Riot Games deployed Patch 26.4 on February 19, 2026, rolling out the Petals of Spring skinline and the Mythic Variant Divine Architect Porcelain Aurelion Sol (Sanctum), and warning that Petals of Spring Camille, Jayce, Katarina, and Yasuo will be limited-time Legacy skins that go into the vault starting in Patch 26.6, while Lillia is excluded. Lilu "Riot Riru" Cabreros is listed as the patch highlight author and Riot’s official notes state, "Petals of Spring Camille, Petals of Spring Jayce, Petals of Spring Katarina, Petals of Spring Lillia, Petals of Spring Yasuo, and Divine Architect Porcelain Aurelion Sol will be available February 19, 2026."

The cosmetics rollout includes chromas for Petals of Spring Camille, Jayce, Katarina, Lillia, and Yasuo, and Riot labeled Divine Architect Porcelain Aurelion Sol specifically as a Mythic Variant (Sanctum). Patch text in Riot’s upcoming skins and chromas section lists those chromas by champ name, and an external patch summary notes a total of six new skins and seven Summoner Icons tied to this release. Riot also used festival language in the patch page, saying, "Happy Lunar Revel, welcome to patch 26.4!"

Gameplay balance in 26.4 focuses on jungle roaming and previously popular junglers playing other roles, with multiple champion adjustments and several numeric ability changes. Ambessa’s Q bonus damage to monsters was reduced from 150 to 125. Annie’s Q damage scaled from 80/120/160/200/240 to 80/125/170/215/260 and her E cooldown was standardized to 10 seconds. Aphelios’ passive bonus AD stages moved from 5/10/15/20/25/30 to 4/8/12/16/20/24. Kayle’s Q base damage now reads 60/90/120/150/180. Kennen’s R cooldown went from 120/100/80 back to a flat 120. Lee Sin’s W2 now "grants Omnivamp, which will apply on minions, monsters, and Champions." Lux received several changes: base mana 480 to 440, starting mana regen 7 to 9, Q cooldown adjusted to 10 seconds at rank 1, and W cooldown curve tuned to 12/11.5/11/10.5/10. Maokai’s Q bonus monster damage was increased to a 140/150/160/170/180 progression.

Mode updates and events landed alongside the balance pass. Riot noted "we've also got some love for ARAM Mayhem and Arena coming this patch" and directed players to the Ionia Cup Clash on ARAM for this patch. The Winter Sports skins return sequence was also acknowledged in Riot’s notes with the line, "We hope you’ve all been enjoying the winter-y spirit of competition as we celebrate everyone’s favorite sports for two weeks every four years!"

Patch 26.4 also shipped a handful of bugfixes and quality-of-life items, including fixes that "caused Rengar to be unable to extend his passive duration with attacks" and one that "caused High Noon Jhin's running animation to stop playing when using Tier 2 boots." The League of Legends Facebook post promoting 26.4 highlighted "Petals of Spring skins," "Darius jungle buffs," and "Divine Architect Porcelain Aurelion Sol," and that post snapshot showed 266 reactions, 38 comments, and 13 shares; community replies ranged from balance gripes to skin requests, including Gabe Smiljan’s extended comment demanding client and Vanguard changes and users saying "As a lux main, she needs new skin."

With festival cosmetics available February 19 and vaulting slated for Patch 26.6, Patch 26.4 alters both the in-client shop window and early jungle balance heading into the next patch cycle.
