Microsoft revealed Wave 2 of February additions to Xbox Game Pass via Xbox Wire, handing players a mix of catalog heavyweights and day-one releases that change what Ultimate and Premium subscribers can play this month. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition, including the Heart of Stone and Blood and Wine expansions, and EA Sports College Football 26 both arrive Feb. 19; Polygon and IGN list The Witcher 3 on cloud and console while Facebook-sourced reader lists and IGN coverage assign College Football 26 to cloud and Xbox Series X/S for Game Pass Ultimate subscribers.

The wave opened Feb. 17 with several immediate arrivals. IGN Daily Fix noted, "Starting today, February 17th, Ultimate subscribers get Aerial Knights Drop Shot, which is a day one release and Avatar Frontiers of Pandora. Premium members will also receive Obsidians Avowed." Polygon’s consolidated list matches that timing and flags Aerial Knights Drop Shot as available on cloud, Xbox Series X, handheld, and PC while Avowed appears for cloud, Series X, and PC under Game Pass Premium.

Wave 2’s Feb. 19 batch also includes Death Howl, which several sources list for cloud, Xbox Series X/S, handheld, and PC across Ultimate, Premium, and PC Game Pass tiers. Social aggregation on IGN’s Facebook thread from Luis Vargas Jr supplied platform and tier breakdowns that mirror the schedule reported by IGN and Polygon for those Feb. 19 entries.

Later-week entries steer into Game Preview and PC-focused drops. TCG Card Shop Simulator arrives as Game Preview on Feb. 24 for cloud, Series X, handheld, and PC across Ultimate, Premium, and PC Game Pass. Dice a Million follows Feb. 25 as a PC Game Pass title, and a multi-platform release listed as Towerborne is due Feb. 26 for console, handheld, and PC; IGN’s transcription spelled the latter "Towerorn" while Facebook and Polygon used "Towerborne," a spelling variance noted in the source materials.

Wave 2 stretches into March with two headline launches on March 3. IGN’s Daily Fix and Facebook comment aggregations list the pixel remaster of Final Fantasy 3 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 arriving that day for cloud, Xbox Series X/S, and PC across Ultimate, Premium, and PC Game Pass. Polygon framed the slate by saying, "The Witcher 3 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 headline a strong month for Xbox Game Pass," underscoring that this Wave 2 spans Feb. 17 through March 3.

Coverage and community reaction landed in parallel. IGN’s Daily Fix video, posted Feb. 17 on a channel with 19,700,000 subscribers, had 10,343 views and 229 likes in the captured metadata; an IGN Facebook post about the announcement drew 35 reactions, 13 comments, and 1 share. User comments ranged from Mark Bradley Jr declaring, "This just proves Xbox won the console wars RIP Sony," to detailed schedule breakdowns from Luis Vargas Jr that provided platform and tier confirmation for many entries.

AllKeyShop’s updates added context and some unconfirmed items: Indika was cited as an earlier February arrival across Ultimate, PC, and Premium, and AllKeyShop reported a Diablo II: Resurrected shadow drop that it said includes only the base game on Game Pass. Those specific claims remain tied to AllKeyShop in the source set and should be checked against Microsoft’s Xbox Wire for final confirmation. IGN’s Daily Fix summed the month-upside succinctly: "The Xbox Game Pass train keeps chugging along. Wave two for February includes some heavy hitters for open world fans via Xbox Wire," a lineup that promises hundreds of hours for RPG-focused subscribers.
