Hazoorilal Legacy Unveils Spring Edit 2026, Blending Diamonds, Gems, and Gold
Hazoorilal Legacy's Spring Edit 2026, launched in New Delhi on March 23, pairs natural diamonds with emeralds, tourmalines, and sapphires in heirloom-style gold structures.

Hazoorilal Legacy launched The Spring Edit 2026 in New Delhi on March 23, presenting natural diamonds alongside coloured gemstones, including emeralds, tourmalines, and sapphires, all set into heirloom-style gold structures. The seasonal release expands the brand's growing portfolio of high-value pieces and continues a collection strategy aimed squarely at collectors and high-net-worth buyers.
Rohan Narang, Director of Hazoorilal Legacy and a third-generation gemologist certified by the Gemological Institute of America, described the edit's animating idea: "The new collection is inspired by the vibrant spirit of the season, where nature's colours and light find expression in every gemstone and every curve of gold."
The collection brings together gold, polki, coloured gemstones, and diamonds, with emeralds, tourmalines, kunzites, and morganites selected to emphasise the natural beauty and individuality of each stone. Gold serves as the structural backbone throughout: pieces are built around gold frameworks designed to carry the gemstone settings and, the brand says, to hold long-term value for collectors in the premium segment.
Polki, a traditional Indian technique involving unfinished natural diamonds set in gold, is a signature element of Hazoorilal Legacy's approach, and The Spring Edit 2026 continues that lineage. The brand's artisans combine Polki settings with modern structural refinement and ruby-and-diamond pairings, blending classical technique with a contemporary silhouette. Every piece is described as meticulously handcrafted, reflecting the brand's signature attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
The production process follows a defined sequence that the house positions as central to its value proposition: concept sketches give way to stone selection, then casting, and finally polishing. Rohan Narang, who carries forward the brand as its third-generation director, is a certified gemologist from the GIA's Carlsbad campus, a credential that informs stone selection across collections. His brother Armaan Narang is also a certified GIA gemologist, with deep knowledge of gemstone origins and characteristics that shapes the curation of pieces for the brand's clientele.

The Spring Edit 2026 sits within a broader annual structure at Hazoorilal Legacy. The house also maintains a flagship annual showcase, The Legacy Collection 2025–2026, first announced in November 2025, featuring gemstones, diamonds, polki, and gold jewellery that the brand describes as reflecting refined artistry, heritage excellence, and contemporary elegance. The two collections appear to serve distinct calendar and commercial purposes: the Legacy Collection functions as the house's annual statement of design intent, while the Spring Edit operates as a seasonal insert targeting buyers whose purchases track the rhythm of the year rather than annual showcases alone.
With a legacy spanning over seven decades, Hazoorilal Legacy traces its origins to 1952, when founder Shri Hazoorilal Narang opened his first store in the Dariba colony of Chandni Chowk in Old Delhi. The house describes its pieces as a marriage between the finest natural gemstones, certified diamonds, and timeless designs, with each piece standing as a testament to artistry and expertise honed over more than 70 years.
What the Spring Edit 2026 does not yet offer publicly is pricing transparency, stone origin disclosures, or independent certification details for the specific pieces in this release. For buyers weighing a purchase at this level, those are the questions worth pressing. The brand's emphasis on "natural" diamonds and "handpicked" coloured stones signals provenance awareness, but stops short of the specific gemological certifications and sourcing documentation that increasingly define credibility in fine jewellery today.
