Bulgari opens Vancouver boutique with custom jewelry consultation salon

Bulgari opened its first standalone Vancouver boutique inside Oakridge Park, a 4,500-square-foot space that trades the quick turn of display-case shopping for semi-private seating areas and a salon for custom jewelry consultations. The format is built for clients who want a ring, necklace or watch to feel personal from the first conversation, not only after the purchase is complete.

Oakridge Park officially opened on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 11 a.m., with Bulgari part of the first retail phase of the project. The development spans 28 acres and is Canada’s largest redevelopment. Its retail opening brought more than 100 brands across 650,000 square feet, setting Bulgari beside Tiffany & Co., Chaumet, TAG Heuer and Louis Vuitton in a lineup aimed squarely at the city’s highest-spending clients.

Hervé Perrot, president of Bulgari North America, called the boutique an important milestone for the brand in Canada. A house known for bold stone cuts, high-polish metalwork and architectural settings is leaning into an experience where made-to-order service can carry as much weight as finished inventory. In a salon setting, a client can move from seeing a jewel in the tray to shaping a piece around a proposal, an anniversary, a family story or a private marker of success.

The opening also sharpened the competition for Vancouver’s luxury shoppers. Oakridge Park will eventually include 700,000 square feet of office space, homes for more than 6,000 residents, a nine-acre public park and a 51,000-square-foot Time Out Market Vancouver.
