Overnight Mountings launches Ring Builder for faster custom engagement rings

Overnight Mountings is rolling out Ring Builder as an all-in-one custom jewelry platform, one that folds selection, CAD development, renderings, pricing, and production into a single workflow for retailers selling engagement rings.

The pitch is built around speed, but the appeal for shoppers is clarity. Overnight says the system uses live diamonds, real-time pricing, and 3D experiences, with guided ring creation that can handle up to 200,000 product variants. The platform is designed to plug into Shopify and WooCommerce, with API connectivity, product feeds, automatic inventory updates, and one dashboard for custom rings and diamonds. For a category where couples often struggle to imagine how a mounting, center stone, and setting will come together, that level of visualization can turn an intimidating purchase into something more collaborative.

The company is pairing the digital launch with a very physical manufacturing promise. Its bridal builder uses 36 shanks and 36 heads, generates the exact SKU instantly, and produces cast, set, and finished rings in New York in seven business days. Overnight also says it can deliver CAD in 24 hours and complete custom jewelry in five to seven days. That combination matters because custom bridal shoppers are not just looking for choice. They are looking for a shorter path from idea to finished ring, without losing the ability to specify the details that make a piece personal.

The timing also points toward the industry’s biggest trade stage. JCK Las Vegas runs from May 29 to June 1, 2026, at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, and the show brings together retailers, designers, manufacturers, and brands. Overnight has been building toward this kind of tech-forward positioning for years. A 2019 JCK sponsor page described the company’s promise of immediate price quotes, next-day renders, and finished custom pieces in seven days, while National Jeweler reported that Jeffrey Bergman joined Overnight Mountings as national accounts manager that same year after more than 20 years at Mercury Ring, the company founded by Arthur Bergman in 1944.
