Kenneth Graves, 19, of Montgomery was taken into custody at his Montgomery home this week, completing a multi-month investigation by the Millbrook Police Department's Criminal Investigations Unit into a series of vehicle break-ins at Mill Creek Park that targeted families attending softball tournaments.

Graves faces a heavier charge sheet than the two suspects who preceded him. In addition to two counts of unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, first-degree theft of property, and five counts of third-degree criminal mischief, he was charged with first-degree robbery. Millbrook police say he also faces additional charges stemming from an armed robbery alleged to have occurred earlier this month in a Millbrook residential area. Graves is being held in Elmore County Jail without bond pending an Anaiah's Law hearing.

The investigation began in November 2025, when the Criminal Investigations Unit received reports of multiple vehicles being broken into while their owners were at softball tournaments at Mill Creek Park. Detectives identified three suspects over the course of the probe.

The first two, Kameron Rieves, 20, and Randy Martin, 18, both Millbrook residents, were arrested in January. Each was charged with two counts of unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, first-degree theft of property, and five counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

With Graves now in custody, the string of cases tied to the Mill Creek Park break-ins is considered closed, according to the Millbrook Police Department. The investigation stretched roughly four months from the first reported incidents to the final arrest.
