LVI Supply expands with Yanmar tractors for northern Minnesota customers

LVI Supply added Yanmar tractors and Rural Life equipment to its Bemidji lineup, widening what customers can buy and service from its shop at 1876 23rd St SE. For farmers, acreage owners, landscapers and contractors across northern Minnesota, the move means a closer source for tractors, utility vehicles, attachments, generators, pressure washers, parts and repair work.

The expansion matters because much of the region’s work depends on equipment that can handle more than summer mowing. Yanmar tractors are being pitched for material handling, snow removal, trail maintenance, grading and general acreage upkeep, uses that fit the reality of Beltrami County and surrounding farm and lake country. A machine that can switch from moving gravel to clearing snow to maintaining trails is the kind of tool many rural operators want when one piece of equipment has to cover multiple jobs.

LVI Supply said it has kept work moving since 2015, and the company has steadily built out its equipment business beyond basic retail sales. Its website says it carries local inventory for genuine ASV, Yanmar and Brandt trailer parts and services everything it sells, including ASV and Yanmar compact equipment and Brandt Work-Ready utility trailers. That kind of parts-and-service support can be as important as the initial sale for customers who cannot afford long waits during planting, harvest, or storm cleanup.

The company’s new tractor offering also builds on an earlier Yanmar partnership. A 2024 business announcement said LVI Supply became an official Yanmar Compact Equipment North America dealer, adding mini excavators, compact track loaders, tracked vehicles and more. YANMAR America’s dealer locator now lists LVI Supply, also identified as LaValley Industries, as a Bemidji dealer for tractors, compact equipment and UTVs. The company’s Bemidji dealer page says local dealers provide parts, sales and maintenance and help customers choose the right tractor, attachments or parts.

A local post dated June 2, 2026 said the tractors were now available at LVI Supply and highlighted a 10-year, 3,000-hour powertrain warranty. For buyers weighing a major equipment purchase, that kind of coverage adds to the appeal of having a dealership nearby instead of driving farther for sales or service.
