Authorities described Arsenault as 5 feet 5 inches tall and 105 pounds, with a light complexion, dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was reported wearing a red jacket and black shorts when last seen. The report came in the days immediately following Christmas, a time when routine travel and family gatherings can complicate efforts to locate missing teens. For local families, a young person unaccounted for over the holidays raises heightened concern about safety, mental health and the potential for exposure to risk. Police presence and community awareness are key in narrowing searches and accelerating safe reunions.
Community members with information on Arsenault’s whereabouts are asked to contact Kona Patrol Officer Eli Dominic Cayetano at (808) 326-4646, ext. 253.
