Two Mountain View men charged in Fern Acres drug, firearm case

Hawaii Island police arrested and charged Shane Dacuycuy and Raymond Adrian, both Mountain View residents, after a drug-and-firearm case in Fern Acres turned up methamphetamine and guns in a residential setting.

Officers recovered more than 100 grams of methamphetamine during the joint operation, along with multiple firearms. Police estimated the combined street value of the drugs at $3,000, underscoring the amount of contraband taken out of a neighborhood area on the Big Island.

The Hawaii Police Department identified both men by name and published their photos in the release.
