"Finding that out live left me shocked and definitely teary-eyed," Henson said. "If I were to tell myself a year ago I was doing this, I don't know if I would believe myself."

"It really leaves me speechless how helpful it can be for small businesses," Henson previously said of the platform's reach.

The Kelly Clarkson Show appearance gave Little Bit Bakery visibility well beyond Collin County, but the bakery's core identity remains rooted in the Frisco neighborhood where it started: bread made at home, sold from the porch, and paid for on the honor system.
