Pickleball Kingdom Plano Reopens Under New Local Ownership Saturday
Pickleball Kingdom Plano holds its grand reopening Saturday after closing in October 2025, now led by two local owners with deep Texas business roots.

Rajesh Byldugula and Suresh Reddy are opening the doors Saturday to a 44,407-square-foot pickleball facility that sat dark for five months, and they say the club members shut out since October will recognize a different operation when they walk back in.
The grand reopening celebration at Pickleball Kingdom Plano is set for Saturday, March 28, at 1301 Custer Road, Suite 200. The facility houses 15 professional-grade indoor pickleball courts and is one of the largest dedicated pickleball centers in the region. The Plano Courier first reported the specific reopening date after the company announced the new ownership earlier this month.
Byldugula brings more than two decades of experience in IT solutions and real estate development to the franchise. Reddy, who spent over 16 years as a software engineer, also built a food business and has invested in commercial properties and sports facilities across Texas. The two are stepping into a club that closed during an ownership transition last fall.
"We are excited to step in, listen, and build a club that feels welcoming and enjoyable," Byldugula said. Reddy framed the venue in broader terms: "It is a place where people come to stay active, meet friends, and unwind." The Plano Courier reported the club closed its doors in October 2025.

Ace Rodrigues, founder and CEO of Pickleball Kingdom, which describes itself as the world's largest indoor pickleball entity, addressed the reopening in a company statement. "We are proud to move forward in Plano and open the doors to an elevated Pickleball Kingdom experience," Rodrigues said. "This community has always had incredible energy and enthusiasm for the sport. With stronger local ownership and an enhanced member experience, Pickleball Kingdom is committed to delivering the excellence, professionalism, and community focus that the community deserves."
The new owners said they plan to concentrate on day-to-day operations and member feedback as the club rebuilds its membership base following the five-month closure.
