Plano's Free Texas Forever Fest Returns to Haggard Park Saturday
Plano's free Texas Forever Fest fills Haggard Park Saturday with live Texas country music, local vendors, food and art from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Haggard Park turns into a celebration of all things Texas on Saturday when Plano Arts & Events brings back Texas Forever Fest, a free, all-ages festival running from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 901 E 15th St in Plano.
The festival, presented by HEB, packs seven hours with live Texas country music, local vendors, interactive activities, food and drinks, and art drawn from what organizers describe as the state's "diverse culture and spirit." The Downtown Plano event listing frames the day in sweeping terms: "From Caddo Lake to Cadillac Ranch, from the Rio Grande to the River Walk, our beautiful state is home to big skies and even bigger dreams. And we're gonna throw a party just as big as Texas!"
Beyond HEB, additional sponsors include Children's Health, Texas Whiskey Festival, The Fillmore Pub, and Texans Credit Union.
No tickets, registration, or cover charge is required. The event is open to all ages, and the Haggard Park venue is accessible via Google Maps at the 901 E 15th St address. The Downtown Plano event listing includes calendar export options for Google Calendar, iCalendar, Outlook 365, and Outlook Live for attendees who want to lock in the time slot.

The festival has drawn crowds in previous years. At the 2022 edition, held March 26, Plano native Hayden Haddock performed with his band on the main stage. No official 2026 performer lineup had been released in materials available ahead of Saturday's event.
Full details on vendors, stage schedules, parking, and accessibility are available through Plano Arts & Events and the Historic Downtown Plano event page at visitdowntownplano.
