Timberland is adding another recognizable name to Allen Premium Outlets as the North Dallas shopping center continues reshaping its retail mix with brands tied to footwear, apparel and seasonal shopping. The new store is scheduled to open in summer 2026 at 820 W. Stacy Road, Ste. 428, next to Bath & Body Works, putting it in one of the mall’s most familiar pedestrian stretches.

The Allen location will sell shoes, clothing and accessories for women, children and men, giving the outlet center a brand built around workwear and outdoor style rather than just basic fashion. That matters in a place like Allen Premium Outlets, where retailers compete for shoppers making decisions about value, convenience and whether a store offers something they cannot easily pick up elsewhere in North Collin County.

Timberland is arriving as part of a broader refresh at the outlet center. Coach Coffee Shop and Psycho Bunny are also set to open there this summer, signaling that the tenant mix is being broadened with brands that reach different shoppers and price points. For a regional retail hub that already markets itself as North Dallas’ premier shopping destination, the additions help the center stay visible as shopping and dining options spread across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Allen Premium Outlets says the center recently completed an expansion and now offers more than 120 outlet designer and name-brand stores. Directory listings place the property at about 550,000 square feet and identify Simon Property Group as the operator. That scale gives the site enough weight to draw shoppers from across Collin County and beyond, especially along the US 75 and Stacy Road corridor.

The center’s recent history also gives each new opening added significance. It remained closed for more than three weeks after the May 2023 mass shooting before reopening, a disruption that made later tenant additions a visible marker of continued activity and recovery. Against that backdrop, Timberland’s arrival is less a routine lease announcement than another sign that Allen Premium Outlets is still competing aggressively for apparel dollars and foot traffic in a fast-growing corner of North Texas.
