Copperas Cove Police Log: DWI, Theft, Family Violence Cases Recorded April 5
Kyle Evan Les arrested for DWI with a child under 15 at Business 190; a second DWI and family violence cases also logged April 5.

Kyle Evan Les was arrested at 1110 E Business Highway 190 on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years old, the most serious entry among several arrests recorded in the Copperas Cove Police Department's April 5 daily bulletin.
Les was not the only impaired driver processed by the department Saturday. Devin Michael Colby Borer was also taken into custody on DWI charges, his arrest logged at an Avenue address and bringing the day's DWI total to two named individuals.
Property crimes added to a busy bulletin. The largest reported theft came from the 700 block of Mickan Street, where investigators logged a loss valued between $2,500 and $30,000. Separate entries documented thefts under $100, extending the property-crime picture across both petty and more serious offenses on the same date.
Family violence appeared on multiple residential streets. Assault and family-violence entries were tied to Del Mar Drive and Carothers Street, while an emergency medical detention was also logged. Officers additionally noted found property at Lutheran Church Road and responded to vehicle-damage collisions recorded in the day's bulletin.
The city publishes daily bulletins as a public transparency measure, giving the public a timely view of arrests and incidents logged by the department. The April 5 log is preliminary, and arrest entries may be updated as investigations continue and formal charges are filed or modified. Complete case records, including bond amounts and court filing status, are available through the Copperas Cove Police Department or city records division.
