Century Communities Opens Legacy at Kime Ranch in Parker This Weekend
Century Communities debuts Legacy at Kime Ranch in Parker this Saturday, with over 180 homesites priced from $650K near Downtown Parker's Mainstreet.

Century Communities is bringing more than 180 single-family homes to Parker's southeast edge this weekend, with the grand opening of Legacy at Kime Ranch set for Saturday, March 28, at 20857 Parklane Drive.
The Denver-based homebuilder (NYSE: CCS) introduced the community on March 24, positioning it as a neighborhood that puts "some of the town's most popular destinations close to home." Division President Brittany Wall said the project is designed around what Parker buyers want most. "Legacy at Kime Ranch brings together the best of what Parker buyers want in a new home community, including spacious floor plans, attractive design details and a location that enhances everyday life," Wall said. "With distinctive elevations, fresh new finish packages and close access to Mainstreet, parks and trails, this community offers a thoughtful blend of style, comfort and convenience."
The community will feature over 180 single-family homesites, with floor plans offering 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 4 bathrooms, 2- to 3-bay garages, and up to 3,431 square feet. Five distinct floor plans are available, spanning single- and two-story configurations. Prices range from approximately $650,000 to $800,000, according to market coverage of the project.
The homes feature open-concept layouts and modern design, and include Century Communities' Century Connect® smart home system. The company describes the technology as a standout feature across the product line, though buyers should confirm with the sales team whether it is standard or optional on specific plans.
Residents will enjoy community parks, a picnic area, and local trail access, along with close proximity to Mainstreet, the PACE Center, Discovery Park, O'Brien Park, H2O'Brien Pool, and the Sulphur Gulch Trail connection to the regional Cherry Creek Trail system. The community park also includes playgrounds and ping pong tables, and the sales site notes views of the area that include the famous Kime Ranch Cows while walking on several trails that intersect the community.

The community is zoned for the Douglas County School District, including Pioneer Elementary and Legend High. The development also carries a favorable Active Noise Score, with minimal airport noise, a notable detail for buyers weighing proximity to Denver International Airport.
Denver Tech Center and Denver International Airport are described as relatively quick commutes from the site.
Model homes will be open to the public Saturday. Prospective buyers can join the interest list and RSVP for the grand opening at CenturyCommunities.com/KimeRanchCO or reach the sales office directly at 303-558-2380.
