The steakhouse that lit up Lone Tree's dining scene and then went dark after a fire just one week into its run is getting a second chance. Jack's at Lone Tree is set to reopen April 28 at 9155 Park Meadows Drive, at the northeast corner of South Yosemite Street and Park Meadows Drive, with Lone Tree officials already encouraging diners to secure reservations early.

Steve Lockton, who built the Jack's brand as a tribute to his late father Jack Lockton, is reopening the two-story restaurant that originally debuted to considerable anticipation before a fire forced its closure roughly a week after opening. The foundation of the concept comes from Jack's on Pearl, the Denver original on South Pearl Street that was voted the best steakhouse in Colorado in January 2024, and the Lone Tree location carries that reputation south along the corridor.

The reopening menu holds onto the guest favorites that made the concept a destination: sashimi, dry-aged seafood, and award-winning steaks. What is new to this address is a selection of dishes created exclusively for the Lone Tree location, anchored by an all-Wagyu steak program not part of the original Denver lineup. The spacious, two-story dining room is designed to feel both comfortable and sophisticated, and the building also includes private dining for corporate events and weddings, plus a large patio.

No regular operating hours have been announced beyond the April 28 reopening date. Reservations are accepted and can be made at jacksonpearldenver.com, where the full menu is also available.

Jack's return arrives as Lone Tree develops a notable concentration of upscale dining near Park Meadows. The Capital Grille opened a new location on March 15 at 9067 Westview Road, stepping into a former Red Lobster space. Restaurateur Bryan Dayton, known in Colorado for Boulder's Corrida and Oak at Fourteenth, is also scheduled to open the Stockton steakhouse at the National Western Center this summer. For a family-owned restaurant defined by its roots in a single Pearl Street address, the Lone Tree reopening represents a significant bet on the suburb's appetite for the kind of serious, occasion-driven dining that Jack's has built its name on.
