A new collection of paired two-story homes is set to open its doors Saturday in Parker, where Richmond American Homes of Colorado is hosting a grand opening event for The Duos at Looking Glass from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 17146 Bootjack Lane.

The community sits within the Looking Glass masterplan, conveniently situated between I-25 and CO-83, and offers paired homes with open layouts, designer details and finished basements. The sales office is located where Stroh Road meets Crowfoot Valley Road in Parker's 80134 ZIP code.

Prospective homebuyers and area agents are encouraged to attend the March 28 grand opening, where attendees can enjoy complimentary coffee and pastries as they tour model homes. A prize giveaway will also be held.

Floor plans range from 3 to 5 bedrooms across approximately 1,950 to 2,410 square feet, with finished basements and professionally curated fixtures and finishes included. The Navy is one of four floor plans available at the community, with the builder's website listing eight specific model variants. Navy 1, Navy 2 and Navy 3 start from $580,950; the Napa and Nicola plans start from $599,950; and Nina 1, Nina 2 and Nina 3 start from $609,950. The builder notes that all pricing and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

For buyers seeking greater design control, The Duos at Looking Glass offers to-be-built homes with personalization options, giving buyers the opportunity to work with professional design consultants to select fixtures and finishes, a complimentary service.

The community includes on-site parks, playgrounds and a trail system, with a future pool also planned. Homes fall within the Douglas County School District.

Richmond American Homes of Colorado is a subsidiary of Sekisui House U.S., Inc. The company has built over 250,000 homes across more than four decades and positions itself around quality craftsmanship, livable layouts and responsive customer service.
