South Denver Therapy Expands to Second Castle Rock Office, Adding Teen and EMDR Services
South Denver Therapy opened a second Castle Rock office, adding EMDR trauma treatment and specialized teen therapy through clinician Carissa Keeter, LCSW.

South Denver Therapy expanded its Castle Rock footprint this week, announcing a second office location and adding EMDR therapy, specialized teen counseling, and enhanced individual therapy services to its existing couples-focused practice.
The practice now operates two specialized centers in Castle Rock, each with a distinct clinical focus and dedicated clinician. The Sixth Street location, at 202 Sixth Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104, centers on couples work under Kayla Crane, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with SART certification. Services there include couples therapy, infidelity and affair recovery, premarital counseling, couples intensives, betrayal trauma, and communication issues.
The second location, at 753 Maleta Lane, Suite 101F, Castle Rock, CO 80108, focuses on individual and trauma care under Carissa Keeter, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Trauma and EMDR Specialist. Keeter's specializations include trauma and PTSD treatment, EMDR therapy, anxiety and depression, life transitions, and services for military families and first responders. Teen therapy is also offered at this location under the individual therapy umbrella.
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is an evidence-based treatment widely used for trauma and PTSD. Its inclusion at the Maleta Lane office, alongside dedicated teen services, addresses two areas where access in Castle Rock has historically been limited relative to the Denver metro.

Both locations share the same phone number, (720) 663-8046, and operate Monday through Thursday and Saturday, with Fridays closed. Virtual sessions are available for clients who cannot come in person.
The practice has been recognized as "Best of the Best in Mental Health" in Castle Rock for both 2024 and 2025. On wait times, the practice states most clients are seen within one to two weeks of reaching out. For cost, South Denver Therapy partners with Mentaya, a service that helps clients recover 40 to 80 percent of out-of-pocket costs from insurance plans that cover out-of-network therapy. A free 15-minute consultation is available by calling (720) 663-8046 or booking online.
