Toll Brothers announced MeadowRock, a 118-home luxury community sited on Hilltop Road in unincorporated Douglas County, roughly five miles east of Parker Road, where homes will start at $1.4 million and run as large as 6,073 square feet.

The community is located in unincorporated Douglas County, east of Parker, Colorado, with one- and two-story home designs ranging from 3,353 to 6,073 square feet on oversized lots. Site work is already underway, and the community is anticipated to open for sale in the spring of 2026.

"MeadowRock offers an extraordinary opportunity to experience refined luxury in one of Douglas County's most picturesque settings," said Reggie Carveth, Division President of Toll Brothers in Colorado. "With expansive home sites, distinctive home designs, and unique options, this community delivers the space, personalization, and craftsmanship today's buyers are looking for."

Carveth told the Denver Gazette that "the higher end (of the market) still seems less affected, and that's where we play." Toll Brothers is the fifth largest Colorado homebuilder and the largest luxury homebuilder in the U.S.

MeadowRock will feature two collections, Summit and Signature, each offering four home designs, providing a range of one- and two-story plans tailored for oversized lots. Select home designs will feature distinctive structural options, including an attached RV garage, creating a rare opportunity for homeowners seeking added versatility and space in a serene yet well-connected setting.

Homes are priced from $1.4 million, and buyers will have the chance to customize their homes at the Toll Brothers Design Studio. Carveth said the collections there would feature two series of 80-foot-wide plans.

Ideally located at the northwest corner of Signing Hills and Hilltop, MeadowRock will be served by the acclaimed Douglas County School District and positioned just a 5-minute drive from Parker and a 20-minute drive from downtown Castle Rock. A spokesperson said the area would be served by Ponderosa High School and Sagewood Middle School, each off Bayou Gulch Road.

Toll Brothers is prepping the site for MeadowRock, on Hilltop Road five miles east of Parker Road. That same corridor is currently undergoing a significant county investment: a $14.4 million project to widen Hilltop Road from two lanes to four lanes, add curb and gutter, a raised median, a new roundabout at Crestview Drive, and a new storm sewer system. Construction on that county-funded project is expected to be complete in fall 2026.

Toll Brothers was named the number one Most Admired Home Builder in Fortune magazine's 2026 list of the World's Most Admired Companies, the ninth year the company has achieved the honor. MeadowRock is part of a broader push by the builder in the Parker corridor; Toll Brothers is also preparing Piney Trail Estates, just south of County Line Road at Piney Lake Road in Douglas County, with two collections of homes priced from the $900,000s, with pre-sales expected to open in late April and on-site sales set for May.
