RE/MAX Local in Jasper to Change Ownership in April 2026
Gwen Gosman, a current agent at RE/MAX Local, will take over ownership of the Jasper brokerage from co-owners Ryan Craig and Brenda Krempp on April 1.
RE/MAX Local, the Jasper-based real estate brokerage serving Dubois County and the surrounding region, is set to change hands on April 1, 2026, as current agent Gwen Gosman steps into ownership following a sale by co-owners Ryan Craig and Brenda Krempp.
The transition keeps the brokerage in familiar hands. Gosman, who has worked as an agent at RE/MAX Local, will take over a business that has established itself as a fixture in the regional real estate market. Craig and Krempp, who co-owned the brokerage together, executed the sale ahead of the April effective date.
No disruption to daily operations is expected given Gosman's existing role within the office. The RE/MAX Local name and its Jasper location will carry forward under her leadership as the April 1 date approaches.
