Springs Valley Bank Names Haley Bertram Assistant Manager for Dubois County Centers

Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company named Haley Bertram Assistant Banking Center Manager for its Dubois County banking centers, the bank announced Feb. 17, 2026, expanding supervisory coverage across the county’s branches. The role will place Bertram in a leadership position responsible for supporting operations at Springs Valley’s Dubois County locations.

Bertram joined Springs Valley’s deposit team in September 2024 as a personal banker at the Paoli banking center, moving from that front-line role into the leadership post less than a year and a half after her hire. Her promotion follows her initial assignment in Paoli and reflects the bank’s internal advancement from deposit-team work to center management responsibilities.

Anna Galloway, Banking Center Manager & Mortgage Loan Officer and Bertram’s immediate supervisor, described the hire as a practical step for local operations. “We’re excited to welcome Haley to the Dubois County team!
