Fresno Air National Guard Member Arrested on Felony Sexual Assault Charges in Clovis

Keith Lezama, a 39-year-old member of the 144th Fighter Wing of the California Air National Guard, was arrested March 20 at the Fresno Air National Guard base on suspicion of felony sexual assault, Clovis police said. Jail logs show Lezama was taken into custody at around 10 a.m. at the Air National Guard base at 5323 E. McKinley Ave. He was subsequently booked into the Fresno County Jail.
The Clovis Police Department confirmed officers took a report of a felony sexual assault that occurred in Clovis, which led to the arrest. Detectives opened an investigation after that report was filed, gathered evidence, and identified Lezama as the suspect before traveling to the base on McKinley to take him into custody.
According to police, detectives arrested Lezama for several sex offenses, including an alleged incestual relationship and oral copulation. He serves with the 144th Fighter Wing of the California Air National Guard, based in Fresno. The 144th Fighter Wing is a unit of the California Air National Guard, stationed at Fresno Air National Guard Base.
