Central Valley baseball fans gained a new way to follow the Fresno Grizzlies this season when the club and Nexstar announced a broadcast partnership with CBS47 and KSEE24 on March 17, bringing select home games from Chukchansi Park to televisions across the region.

The first telecast is set for Saturday, April 25, when Fresno hosts the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes. Coverage begins at 6:45 p.m. on CBS47 and streams simultaneously on the KSEE24/CBS47+ app, with first pitch at 6:50 p.m. A second early-season broadcast follows on Saturday, May 16, when the Grizzlies welcome the Visalia Rawhide to Chukchansi Park, again with pregame coverage starting at 6:45 p.m. on CBS47. Additional broadcast dates will be announced throughout the season.

"These broadcasts mark an exciting opportunity for fans to experience Grizzlies baseball in a new way," said General Manager Andrew Milios. "Thanks to our friends at CBS 47 and KSEE 24, we'll be bringing the sights and sounds of Chukchansi Park to living rooms across the Central Valley while highlighting the next generation of professional baseball talent."

Tim Slack, known to Grizzlies listeners as the Voice of the Grizzlies, will handle play-by-play for the telecasts. Joining him in the booth is Tyson Perez, a Fresno native and member of the Grizzlies' 2015 National Championship team, serving as television analyst.

The broadcast partnership also extends the locally produced show "In The Den with the Fresno Grizzlies," now entering its second season. The show offers a behind-the-scenes look at players, coaches, staff, fans, and the front office, and airs every Monday at 4:30 p.m. on the KSEE24/CBS47+ streaming app. The second season kicks off March 30 with a season preview.

The televised games arrive as the Grizzlies celebrate their 25th season in downtown Fresno, with Opening Night slated for April 7 at Chukchansi Park. The full schedule and ticket information are available at FresnoGrizzlies.com.
